I am a creative and passionate evangelist for standards-based, user-focused web applications and sites. I have worked in the Internet Industry for over 15 years and the Graphics Arts Industry as a whole for over 25 years. In the past I have owned a graphic design studio, a hi-tech service bureau and organized and managed the growth of three commercial pre-press printing departments. I am a team player that believes in individual leadership and self-motivation, constantly adapting to the ever changing world of technology.
Over the years I have worked with programs and programming from InDesign and Photoshop to PHP, ActionScript and Objective C. I have recently designed and developed a Customer Service Portal supporting over 10,000 active customers - all done with AJAX and Object Oriented PHP with a PostgreSQL back-end. The focus for this portal was usability and instant access to data. Most recently, I have created a template driven CSS/XHTML, brand-able, consumer/marketing website system.
